For questions concerning installation, configuration, or the use of our software, and for technical support, please contact us via e-mail or Skype.
Support requests via e-mail are processed in the scope of a priority system and can quickly be attended to. To ensure we are able to provide the appropriate solution as soon as possible, please do not forget to include the following details:
- Attach screenshots to better illustrate the problem
- Indicate your version of Windows/Microsoft Office/process4.biz
(the process4.biz version data is located under the subentry “About process4.biz” within the navigation entry “?”)

Skype is a further support option. Our Skype user identification is helpdesk_p4b
Netviewer (remote) Support (www.netviewer.com) can also be implemented. With Netviewer we can offer you product presentations in a virtual conference room. Please download this ZIP-file (to be opened with password "p4b") and execute the included .exe-file. You will have to insert the number of the conference room you want to enter. Contact us if you wish to use this option in order to obtain the conference room number and to make an appointment for the presentation. Netviewer uses the same port (80) as your browser and can be executed behind an active firewall.
