Consulting Package 2: "Coaching"

Reasonable experience shows that additional to our "get ready program", monthly coaching in conjunction with our"Help Desk" helps to ensure the progress of all initiated activities.

Within 2 days per month clients receive help to:

  • monitor the progress
  • deescalate constraints and show stoppers
  • initiate solutions to keep on track and timeline

The result

Team and management install external quality assurance and coaching to ensure the leverage effect. New activities will be identified, structured and proven. Added value will be evaluated. Prerequisite: Extend of results vary depending on the topics which will be discussed within 2 day.
